I primarily write about topics in psychology, with a focus on human intelligence, cognition, and learning. Drawing on my graduate training in primatology, I also explore the behaviour and cognition of non-human primates.
About Sapiens Lara

I hold an honours degree in Psychology and have received training in cognitive and behavioral therapy from the Beck Institute.
My curiosity about the evolution of behaviour and cognition led me to pursue a Master’s degree in Primatology at the University of Girona in Spain.
I have worked on projects related to human intelligence, behaviour, and cognition in Australia, Canada, and Mexico. I have also collected behavioral data from wild spider monkeys in Mexico and moor macaques in Indonesia.
I also have a research interest in the cognitive effects of psychedelics, particularly psilocybin.
